1. Water.Do you drink at least eight glasses of water every day? If you don’t that is one big mistake. We all know organism is made of about of 70% of water, and for it to function the way it should you need to drink a lot of water. Other than removing waste from organism it also helps you lose weight. So if you want to get fit or stay fit you should drink.
2. Increase your self – confidence and love yourself. As they say “If you don’t love yourself, how do you expect anybody else to love you”. Taking care of your body will also help you love yourself and will increase your self-esteem and then you will enjoy your life.
3. Learn to say NO. No is a great word but majority of people can’t tell it to their loved ones. If you are out with friend and they want to eat and you don’t, don’t eat just because they want to, instead order a glass of water and hang out with them, if they love you, they will understand.
4. Stop smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages. This might be the hardest obstacle to overcome but it sure is worth it. You probably already know how unhealthy smoking is, and if you don’t want to stop drinking than drink one or two glasses of red wine a day at the most, it can be healthy for your blood. Learn to say no can be applied to this suggestion too.
